Each dinner we will be taking a trip down a different culinary path.
All on Mondays, 3 course menu for $49 pp (not including tax, gratuity or beverages)

This dinner will unfold as follows….

The Menu Format ~
4 courses. $49 per person. Not inclusive of tax, gratuity, beverages or additional items.

Antipasto
Chez Pascal-ios Antipasto Platter for the table. Some items being created…
house made mortadella, salt & oil packed anchovies, cheeses, tesa,
prosciutto cotto, tuna mousse crostini

Primo
A selection of house made pastas ~
chitarra with red wine braised squid, chili flake & leeks

pistachio ravioli with celery root, brown butter & sage

cannelloni with red wine and clove braised pork and fontina cheese

Secondo
Your choice of a meat, fish or vegetarian created Italian entree
such as….
osso bucco of pork

sole florentine

potato rotolo

Dolce
A heavenly tasty Italian sweet
tiramisu

Along the way you will have Italian wines, cocktails and side dishes
to choose from to add to your feast!

A menu void of bacon and sausages.
A true site to behold!

All dinners are $49 per person, not inclusive. Menu samples coming soon!

reservation for you!

After attending one Monday dinner,
you will be eligible to save 5% off the set price food portion
($49) of the bill for the next Monday & subsequent Monday
dinners you attend simply by saving your receipts!

Ham Jam was formed by a gathering of culinary dedicated individuals who discovered they happened to share the same passion for music as they do for cooking.
And thus emerging from some of the great kitchens in Rhode Island a music event was born.

Ham Jam will bring together four bands for one night of delicious music.
The kitchen band, TURN FOR THE WURST are musicians from:
CHEZ PASCAL, PERSIMMON & NICK’S ON BROADWAY

Also playing in fine fashion that evening:
THE DBC’S * MARK TABER & SON * THE LITTLE COMPTON BAND, DJ K-Luv
