Spicy pork & chocolate sausage with celery root & apple salad,
paprika-apple vinaigrette & crispy crêpe ribbons
Celery root & parsnip bisque with rock shrimp, bacon & truffle butter
Baby kale, croutons and local mozzarella salad with blood oranges
and cider syrup vinaigrette
Country style pâté and four fat fowl cheese plat
~ NY, pasteurized cow’s milk in the style of brie
Warm potato terrine with ri grown mushrooms, charred cabbage
with warm raclette cheese & apple dijon
Marinated beets, radishes, creamy yoghurt dressing & salt packed smoked salmon
Local prosciutto wrapped chicken breast, stew of leg, RI flint corn polenta
& wilted greens
Marinated grilled local leg of lamb with beluga lentils, glazed endive & goat cheese
Braised beef short rib with potato gratin, carrots, turnips, bacon & beet aigre doux
Scallops with a ragout of white beans, fennel, leeks & lobster broth
with herb bread crumbs
Roasted hake filet with a saffron and salt cod broth, rutabaga,
garlic spaetzle noodles & fennel compote
Herb crêpe , cloumage cheese, potatoes, braised red cabbage & candied fennel

Out of the kitchen and onto the stage!
Ham Jam was formed by a gathering of culinary dedicated individuals who discovered they happened to share the same passion for music as they do for cooking.
And thus emerging from some of the great kitchens in Rhode Island a music event was born.
Ham Jam will bring together four bands for one night of delicious music.
